The salon had made some kind of error with the booking. Instead of either asking me to rebook or just going ahead with the appointment there was 5 minutes of answering questions about treatment and checking ipads ets. I understand errors have been made but the way they handled it made it seem like I had made the mistake and turned up for an appointment I had not booked. I informed the lady who I assume was the manager that I would just leave it, to which she started saying oh no its not a problem we can do your appointment. This would have been fine if she had said this at the very start but obviously she didn't so I was ready to leave by that stage. As I was leaving one of the younger girls working there did make a point of sniggering which is just plain rude. The lady who was actually speaking to me was nice enough and I was not rude to anyone so to snigger at someone who is offering you money for a service is just ridiculous. Clearly I wont be back, unfortunate for the woman who seemed to be in charge because I wouldn't have said it was her fault.

Jo and her team always make you feel welcomed and relaxed. Very happy with the complete experience. Can't wait to show off my hairdo.

I love how friendly the staff are and my wee boy sits good at getting hair cut he even once fell asleep whilst Jo was cutting his hair. That to me is a true relaxation and great experience x Staff always helpful and cut the way you want x
