This was an excellent offer which provided a good customer experience at a superb venue. I would thoroughly recommend the Sheffield Hilton LivingWell. I had bought an additional one as a gift for my mum so was anxious that it should be a good experience for her, but I needn't have worried as we were both well looked after. Our expectations for this were exceeded.
The manicure chipped the next day and the spray tan didnt go as good a colour as previous tans I have had but the pedicure was really good and my mums tan was good. Overall I thought the offer was really good value for money and I would like to go again.
The first time I used a "Here come the girls" package with friends I was very pleased with the service and thought it was excellent value for money. Consequently I recommended the experience to my friends and also booked another session for myself and another friend. However, the second time we found that the spray tan we recieved was rushed and patchy, and that despite being an express manicure and pedicure, these services were very rushed and not done to the standard we had expected. Our nails were not finished to the level I had experienced previously and I was overall very disappointed with the experience. Despite previously recommending friends, I am now reluctant to tell them to go as the service second time round was definitely below my expectations.
The staff were really friendly and nice, however compared to other sprays tan that i have had, they seemed to rush it and were not overly generous with the amount of spray they used.
The manicure and pedicure were reall good and overall I thought it was fantastic valure for money and would visit again.
The massage was great - manicure/pedicure was really good. Very theraputic. The staffs were nice and friendly - lovely place and i will go back again
