Fantastic treatment- facial lasted a whole hour and the therapist didn't leave the room once. Ambience ok- this is a health club, not a seperate spa, so more of a busy atmosphere rather than relaxing, but treatment room very relaxing. Water and coffee offered after the treament. Can't fault it for £20!
I went for a facial as a treat to myself and found the whole experience very relaxing . I used the spa first which is lovely and clean then while i waited to go for my treatment was offered a drink . My therapist Amy was fantastic she explained everything that she was going to do and my facial actually lasted the full hour it was so relaxing i nearly fell asleep . Thankyou Amy for a wonderful relaxing bit of me time . Have already booked my next visit .
Once again had a lovely facial. The therapists was friendly and explained the products she used and what they did.
The room was nice and calming and warm.

This will be my 3rd trip to the Hilton now and I will definately be going back. The facial was very relaxing and my skin felt great for days after. The therapist was also great - very friendly and knowledgable about the products.
I used the 50% off facial offer on here, which makes the 60 minute Elemis facial fantastic value. The treatments are reasonably priced anyway compared to other city center locations, so 50% is too good to pass up! My therapist was Amy who was wonderful, she talked me through everything and the treatment was perfect. Unlike some facials I've had (in fact most), she didn't leave the room for 10 minutes when I had the facepack on, but instead gave me a relaxing shoulder massage and scalp massage. The treatment even started with a mini foot rub, so I was pretty much in heaven! The treatment was on time and lasted the whole hour, and the room was welcoming, tidy and relaxing.
She didn't try to sell me any products afterwards, just showed me an area I could sit for a while and offered me a drink.
The venue itself is nice, you can see down into the pool area from reception and it looks very nice, shame you can't use it when you have a treatment! Because it is a busy health club, there is some banging of doors and shouting going on, which I could hear from the treatment room a couple of times, and is the only slight negative I can find. But I don't think they can do anything about that unless they move the whole spa area!
I will definatley return and would reccomend it to anyone who wants a nice treatment in Sheffield for a decent price!
