The lady that did my nails was lovely and professional. I had Jessica Gellaration nails done, as I was going on a long holiday and the promise of perfect nails for up to 3 weeks was just something that I was looking for. However, the choice of colours was very poor- only about 20 different shades. What is more, the gel completely came off after a week :( Completely waste of money.
Great value for a full leg wax, very professional treatment in a cool venue; nice relaxing waiting area as well.
Great experience - well worth a visit. Jade was very professional throughout the treatment. Will definitely use this service again in the future.

My therapist was amazing! Balthough I don't think I got her name! Only reason it's down as a 4 star is that it was quite pricey... But not more than you'd expect for a hotel beautician! :-)

Lovely lady. I like how she consulted me about how I wanted my eyebrows to be shaped before doing them which I found really good as some places just do them without asking how I would like them first. Ive also had a massage here before and that was lovely and relaxing too. Friendly and professional service.
