The beauty therapist was late at receiving me from my appointment, which meant I was waiting outside the gym for nearly 10 minutes. The facial itself was 25 min as the beauty therapist spent most of the time getting her products and things organised. No facial massage was included. Extraction was not included. I did not feel relaxed at all and it’s such a shame as I’ve had 2 previous facials from here that were excellent. I would like a refund for this treatment please. Thank you

Hot wax was not hot enough and paper stick with the skin and it happens several times, even 2 times in one place. It was very painful and there was no Apologies
