I paid for a 30 minute treatment and it was only 15 minutes. The massage itself was not good. I paid for the aromatherapy massage however no essential oils were incorporated into the experience. The staff were nice enough but I’ll not be back.

I booked a 30-minute lymphatic drainage massage, but it felt like a standard massage—the therapist didn’t even open the lymph nodes beforehand, which is basic knowledge for this treatment. The session started 20 minutes late, and while the owner kindly offered to add 10 extra minutes, the therapist ended the massage in under 30 minutes. When I pointed this out, she insisted her timing was correct, then added less than 5 more minutes.

5mins after my session started therapist stepped outside to answer the door and she came back very upset coz the suspicious man tried to make an appointment and he tried to pay by cash after she told him card payment only he said I will be back at 5:30 and left. She wasn’t sure he was checking any cash in the shop or not. She was worried about her safety when he comes back hence she was alone in the shop. She couldn’t concentrate to do her job after all and I couldn’t blame her.

Sumi was very Friendly and welcoming and knew about different types of massages, massage was OK, think I may have benefited more if I booked more time with lymphatic drainage, will book a longer massage next time.
