The experience was fine but not good enough considering how expensive it was. I asked for a warm, golden colour but it's quite icy. I hope this tones down.
Secondly and more importantly, I was asked to pay an additional £65 which made the cut and colour more expensive than high end central London salons that top the 'best hairdressers in London' lists. The appointment way over-ran too in comparison to what Treatwell stated, so I wouldn't trust the timings you see on here.

I hate going to the hairdresser but I felt comfortable, the studio music was great (for me as jazz!) and I came away feeling happy with my cut and look. Will definitely go back when in London.

Usually happy with the service however on this occasion my appointment was rushed and my eyelashes were not symmetrical because less lashes were put onto my right eye compared to my left. Disappointing as I paid the price for 1 hour 30 min appt and was told I was finished after less than an hour and clearly it was not finished.
