Venue is nice and cut was fine but stylist asked me a dozen questions about how I maintained my hair which came across as quite judgemental and critical. I was relieved when it was over rather than enjoying the overall experience. Stylists should be making clients feel good, not putting them down in an attempt to sell more products and services.
