My cut and balayage was great! Only problem was that there ended up being 90+ pounds of add-ons that I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t ask for opalex, but they added it any way. Same with apparently I got “foilyage” which was an extra 32 pounds. I just wish they would have told me up front about that. I understood that toner would be more. Being surprised with those surcharges put me off a bit, but if you’re willing to pay a lot for a hair cut and color then they do a great job.

I booked in for a last minute bikini wax. Booked the night before for a 9.15am wax, no problem, all booked in their systems and Bharti was there to meet me. Wax was absolutely fine! Pleasant experience and even better for booking literally less than 12 hours the night before!
