Salon and staff were nice. My lashes when they were done were fine- I have had Nouveau lashes twice before - I love them v good quality and cruelty free which is why I chose Live True because thy use Nouveau. Unfortunately within a few days half my lashes had fallen out and within a week just two were remaining. I am not sure whether it was the glue or the way that they were applied but I have never had this before (I did all the after care properly.)

Rossano was great. I am trialing only washing my hair with water and have been doing it for 2 months. It makes it harder for hairdressers as it's more sticky etc and harder to blow dry. I said "don't worry about blow drying it or trying to make it look nice, I know it's a bit difficult to deal with."
But he was great, very understanding and nice about it all. He even managed to blow dry it and make it look lovely, the best it's looked in 2 months!
