The lady who did the wax was lovely. Receptionist was quite dismissive and a tad on the rude side. For the price usually THIS IS NOT WORTH IT. The wax wasn’t hot enough so now I have a rash. I’ve been get waxed for years it has never been this bad. It’s a shame because it’s a lovely place but the waxing room is very plain but clean. I just think final product is disappointing

Booked in for a very last-minute gel manicure. Very pleased with the end result - the manicurists were welcoming and very helpful during the colour-picking process, and my nails look fab. My biggest frustration was that my appointment was 20 minutes behind schedule (I’d had to hop into a cab to ensure I’d get to the salon on time, so this felt like a pointless expense in hindsight). This, coupled with the £10 charge for gel removal, meant the experience was slightly more expensive than expected.
