Jasmine was very nice and told the reason she could not do the balayage because my hair is very much damaged by the previous highlight I did somewhere else and she gave me a hair cut that looks nice and told me to hang on and come back in December to see how the status of the hair is. In the meantime, she recommended a product to use to help to restore the growth and strength of my hair. Great professional and I am definitely going back.
