Martina was extremely knowledgeable and she really took the time to find out what I wanted and how best to achieve it. I love the finished look and will definitely be returning! Wonderful customer service from the reception staff too!

My cut and balayage was great! Only problem was that there ended up being 90+ pounds of add-ons that I wasn’t expecting. I didn’t ask for opalex, but they added it any way. Same with apparently I got “foilyage” which was an extra 32 pounds. I just wish they would have told me up front about that. I understood that toner would be more. Being surprised with those surcharges put me off a bit, but if you’re willing to pay a lot for a hair cut and color then they do a great job.
