Very good experience, offered a drink straight away and everyone was very friendly. My haircut was exactly what I wanted and my stylist was very capable; fixing my uneven fringe and suggested adding layers which I have never tried before - never felt unsure of what she suggested. 110% would go back!

Told by my hairdresser that he was going to give me a hair treatment when washing my hair. At the end charged an additional £20 for it, when the price hadn’t been discussed prieviously. Felt too embarrassed to say anything, so just paid it, but meant haircut was more expensive than planned. Haircut was good but style had fallen out by end of day.
