I travelled for an hour to arrive at 9am for my appointment, to have the hairdresser cancel on me at 9:10.
I was asked to come back this afternoon so I took more time off work to accommodate to them, to then be cancelled on 25 minutes before my appointment. Granted the hairdresser couldn't help the cancellations (traffic jam and then being ill) but the salon knew that I was catching a train at 5:30pm so to offer me another appointment at 5:45 was pointless.
No compensation and no compassion was given from the 2nd cancellation.
Not only have I wasted money on trains, I have lost out on pay and valuable time.
The service the salon usually give is great when it comes to the treatments but this is just awful customer service.
