This is the second time I’ve been here and the front of house staff are always so rude. The one with American accent has such an attitude and is unfriendly and instantly makes you feel unwelcome. She couldn’t find my booking initially and a bit Vicky Pollard Computer says No. I think she need to go for training on how to speak to customers. The other reason it’s not quite a 5 is the nail stations are really packed together so it’s bit like sardines in a tin. However the both times I’ve been the actual staff conducting the treatment have always been so lovely. This time was so no exception. Fatima did a great job on my nails she really knows her stuff! Great conversation, an absolute sweetheart and a great manicure. Big thank you for Fatima will be visiting again thanks to her.
