I went there when it was rainy and somehow Treatwell got it messed up but the American receptionist deserves the BIGGEST shot out because I was quite frustrated and she did the absolute best to accommodate me and make me feel welcome . Despite my frustration she was calm and kind and honestly made me feel better about it all . So thank youuuuuuu soooo much (didn’t quite get her name ). And then Fatima was wonderful , sweet and so good at what she does and Palava as well got me feeling so beautiful and kind and honestly listened to what I wanted in regards of my eyebrows and not pressuring me into what she wanted so thank you
