The manicure itself was wonderful and Simona was great as always. However, I had to wait 20 mins for my appointment to start, the lady at the reception was far from welcoming. She didn't offer to take my coat (I had to find another member of staff there), did not offer a glass of water or anything, and for my remark that I shouldn't be waiting 20 mins for my appointment she just replied "it's just that kind of day". She should not be dealing with customers at all.
