Meg was great and the salon is really nice, the cleanliness standards are much higher than usually in London. The only reason for 3* rather than 5* is that I was charged much more for an upgrade that I would have paid on Treatwell. I accidentally booked manicure and pedicure without varnish and asked to include it. Instead of being charged the total price of £44 (which would have been the Treatwell price), I was charged the full salon price of £55. I contacted the salon about it once I realised the price discrepancy and they didn't offer anything to make up for it. It's a shame because I liked the service but I don't think it's fair to charge in this way if a customer used Treatwell.

lovely ambience. staff are so kind and offer tea and snacks, they also consult you about ur hair and how much bleach it would be able to take for your hair to still be okay. absolutely love this place!

i absolutely love this place, my hair always comes out healthy after bleaching it thanks to the olaplex, pls get that if they offer it to you. you will not regret it after bleaching your hair. overall experience is great, the hair stylist are so kind and offer biscuits and tea~
