The receptionist did a very bad shampoo (I don’t think he is even an hairdresser as he’s not an hairdresser on Live True London website), the blow dry made by Charanjot was ok, but didn’t last 1h. One thing I did not like, Charanjot went to rinse the hair from a mask (when told him the shampoo was poor he offered a DRY shampoo) also the towels they use are dirty. Not going back.

I asked to keep my length as my hair was healthy, only trim an inch, and add some soft layers for shape. Instead, she cut off around 2–3 inches and gave me blunt, uneven layers that don’t blend at all. The short layers are choppy and even shorter than the face framing, making my hair look harsh and messy. I’ll now have to pay to get it reblended and fixed. Very disappointing - don’t waste your money, even if it’s cheap.
