So I was told to come in the next day to the salon as my train was 10 mins late and Sean didn't have time so I arrived the next day at 11am to be greeted by another stylist, I had a long consultation with her, when she washed my hair it was not matching my ends, I was very upset. Paco the artistic director corrected it and saved the day, he was very kind and knowledgeable. I recommend Paco to anyone with dark hair or wanting something dramatic as he's a very talented hairdresser.
