My experience with Marios was exceptional and I would not hesitate to recommend him to friends or to return for another make-over. For the first time in years, I felt confident. Meg was great and the salon is really nice, the cleanliness standards are much higher than usually in London. The only reason for 3* rather than 5* is that I was charged much more for an upgrade that I would have paid on Treatwell. I accidentally booked manicure and pedicure without varnish and asked to include it. Instead of being charged the total price of £44 (which would have been the Treatwell price), I was charged the full salon price of £55. I contacted the salon about it once I realised the price discrepancy and they didn't offer anything to make up for it. It's a shame because I liked the service but I don't think it's fair to charge in this way if a customer used Treatwell.
