Lots of patchy hair left on my legs, noticed this once I got home. I’m sure therapist would’ve been happy to go over it but I couldn’t see in the dull light. Therapist very friendly but disappointed with the result.

Loved the haircut, still not sure about the professionalism of all of the staff, which is a shame. Also ended up paying the same amount again as the hairdresser said he couldn’t do what I wanted to achieve with half a head. I appreciate the guidance, and will book a different treatment in the future, I just wish that their customer service was better!
