Had the most amazing experience at the hair salon! My stylist was Joe, one of the nicest people I’ve ever met, he listened to me, asked me what I wanted and gave me the perfect hair result. I went in for balayage, highlights and a haircut. They were all done beautifully. I couldn’t have been happier with the result. I was in the salon for 4 hours and was taken care of so well. From start to finish everything was perfect, people were looking out for me, offering refreshments and overall being super nice and welcoming. I will definitely be back and highly recommend the salon. From great results to overall experience everything was truly amazing and worth every single pound.

I know they are talented at Live True, but I did not have a good experience this time. I had shown a photo of what I wanted for the colour, and it did not turn out like that. They re-did it after, which perhaps helped a bit, but still didn't give me the result we had agreed on. I complained and asked for a refund, but was also open to come back a third time to do another round. It's been 7 business days now and haven't heard anything back. Really unprofessional...
