Loved the haircut, still not sure about the professionalism of all of the staff, which is a shame. Also ended up paying the same amount again as the hairdresser said he couldn’t do what I wanted to achieve with half a head. I appreciate the guidance, and will book a different treatment in the future, I just wish that their customer service was better!
