I've had less painful and more pleasant waxing experiences in other salons so I wouldn't recommend it if you aren't a frequent/seasoned waxer! But it was fine for the discounted off-peak price. I would not have been happy to pay the usual peak price as I came away with wax stuck in my hair - not great for going into work straight from my appointment.
