Highlights well blended but colour was much darker than I wanted - feel like I just paid all that money to have hair not too dissimilar to my natural colour. Last time I came it ended up a lovely dirty ash blonde, and I came in and asked for the “same again but a bit lighter” and it somehow is more of a warm medium brown now :( been trying to scrub the toner out for days to no avail just hope it does fade or I’ll have to use a colour remover. However would come here again as think it was just maybe a miscommunication
