NEVER AGAIN. first i’ve got my appointment changed last moment (I took a day off for nothing), then i went and asked for a blond colour but ended up slightly lighter than i was before (absolutely no blonde). I showed a reference picture before, they should have said immediately that it was impossible to get even close to the expected result. As it was not enough i had to pay 30£ more because of an extra treatment (they shouldn’t have make me pay after the bad result).Biggest disappointment ever

Haircut was quick and efficient, stylist listened to what I wanted and delivered.
Eye brow wax - I asked for a tidy up which resulted in my naturally quite symmetrical brows looking completely different. Beautician was happy fix the problem but still left not 100% happy as she shortened the length if my brows and also trimmed the hairs very short.
