Overall the experience was good and I would recommend it but there were few annoying bits.
- The stylist accidentally pulled my ear cuff that went down the drain (that is 40 quid lost).
- I was asked if I want this or that without telling me that it would be an extra cost and how much (in the end I had to pay additional extra 90).
- The timing of the treatment is not at all correct. The treatment took 1h longer than Treatwell suggests.
