My hairdresser was interrupted 8 times, asked when he was finished as a regular customer was waiting. This rushed the appointment and my hairdresser wasn't concentrating. in natural light my roots are bright orange& my hair is really uneven.called salon 7 times emailed 5. Completely ignored.Refusing to fix the error& won't respond 4 days later.Avoid! Lost £200. disappointed& angry.Treated awfully by staff, Maybe because I wore my pride t-shirt?please fix my hair&stop treating people like crap
