Not the experience I was expecting - temperature wasn’t taken on entry nor was anyone else’s who attended during my visit. One way routing in the salon wasn’t adhered to by staff or customers. Nail technician commenced 25 minutes late after the receptionist, who was very helpful, walked around the salon trying to locate her. No acknowledgement, no apology or thanks for waiting. Technician takes pride in her work but needs to rock up on time.
