Had a cut and blow dry today at the Vauxhall salon. The place was really clean and felt really safe, and my hair cut was exactly what I wanted. My hair feels really soft and I’m very pleased with the style.

Simone is a genius - she really knows what she is doing with curly hair. I adore my new cut. And the salon was the most Covid-secure environment I’ve seen recently - clean, well spaced and with screens, masks and sanitiser well provided. Thank you.

Rossano is amazing! He is a master and although it was my first time having my hair done by him, he understood exactly what I wanted and is clearly a master of his trade. Will be coming back for sure! Grazie Rossano sei un genio 😍 by the way the salon is very well prepared regarding Covid they have huge screens and lots of hygiene practices in place.

After you pre-pay they then make you have a toner (apparently is not optional) which costs an extra £30. I also had an olaplex treatment (which I asked for) which costs an extra £40. After spending all that money, I walked out looking exactly the same as when I walked in. The toner was way too dark and covered the highlights so they weren’t visible anymore. Before applying the toner the highlights were way too blonde, so they basically use toner to cover their mistakes AND charge for it
