I booked a vegan manicure. When I was there I was informed that it takes a good 3 hrs to completely dry. I was going to work straight after, so this didn’t make me too happy. The beautician suggested to upgrade to shellac. I asked if she could check if she had the time and how much was going to be.
She came back saying that I have time, but didn’t say anything about the price.
At the check out I had to pay 20£ on the top of what paid through Treatwell.
Won’t go back.
