I’m really disappointed I didn’t get to experience a cut at this salon which has great reviews. I arrived only to be told that the stylist I had selected no longer worked at the salon, so my appointment was cancelled. The receptionist informed me that had been calling “all morning” which is curious seeing as I had been on my phone all morning and only received one missed call 5 minutes before my appointment. They were unable to accomodate me - disappointing as I travelled some distance... Shame.

Fine overall, thankfully got at a discount. The atmosphere was very hectic and stressful both times I visited (once for a swab test) and when I turned up the second time I wasn’t greeted, it was very confusing and I was left waiting for 15 mins before someone told me they were having issues with lighting. The (Xmas) decor was less appealing than in the photos - pretty tacky. The highlights were fine but had to turn down toner multiple times. Fringe trim was also disappointing.
