I booked in for a balayage at the Vauxhall salon. Staff were welcoming and the salon didn’t have a very nice vibe to it. Clarissa, my stylist was extremely cold towards me and I felt like an inconvenience to her, she barely spoke a word to me for the 3 hours. I showed Clarissa a photo of what I was hoping for, I can only describe the result as what looked like 6-8 weeks worth of Root re growth, the balayage was far too high and looked nothing like the natural blended balayage I asked for - AVOID
