I’ve never been so disappointed. I asked for a non-asymmetrical bob and a warm blonde colouring with highlights. I ended up with a flat, cool blonde and a asymmetrical bob with very poorly cut layers that stuck out at odd angles. £200 for a cut and colour I had to have fixed at another salon for an additional £80. I was too shocked in the salon to say anything. I complained to customer services they stated that as I’d had it re-done by a third party I wasn’t entitled to anything. Very poor.

Unfortunately I wouldn’t go back. Seats too big, had to sit leaning forward for the hour. A few sighs and comments about my feet, almost being told off for not going often enough- we have been in lockdown for the year! £60 is not worth it at all. There was nothing ‘Spa’ or special about it, that I couldn’t get for £20 somewhere else.

Lovely salon, therapist was really nice and chatty. Last minute changes to my appointment were a little annoying but glad it was sorted out in the end!
