I didn’t really enjoy my experience at Live True. I felt it was a bit disorganised had to wait 30 minutes for my pedicure and no one came to check on whether I was done or not.

The salon didn’t feel very welcoming , it didn’t feel like I was here to get pampered just getting it done and that’s it. Don’t think I’ll be returning for another pedicure. The staff wasn’t at all attentive.

I booked a month in advance and prepaid for my appointment. However when I arrived at the salon I was told my appointment wasn’t on the system and I couldn’t be rescheduled for over a month, despite having received reminders from the salon about my booking. I have visited Live True before but I will never go again and advise others to avoid also. Shocking service.
