Really frustrating that the pedicure doesn’t include foot filing, despite that being part of the description. I booked specifically for that reason (I could’ve done a polish change on my own) but frustratingly didn’t receive the service I’d paid for.

Ella did an amazing job with my unruly Afro! Beautiful sleek blowdry just how I wanted it - highly recommend, the pricing is also very reasonable just make sure to book the right service through TW (in salon upgrade = £49)

Instead of the shoulder length blunt cut I requested, I got a chin length heavily layered Bob. It's 2 inches shorter than we agreed when I arrived, and as she started at the back I didn't know until it was too late. Afterwards,she said she cut it shorter than I asked to make it more manageable. I think it is less manageable now and I'm upset she did not say that BEFORE deciding to cut my hair in a style I did not choose. I have an important occasion on Sunday and now I feel awful and insecure.
