I have used this saloon several times, and was very happy with the service.
Last appointment they called me 3 minutes before it started (when I was already there!) stating there was at least a 30 minutes wait.
I asked for alternative slots with the same person, this was not possible.
When I complained that I had to leave earlier they offer me an alternative person to cut my hair, but this was not the service I booked for one week in advance, so not really a great experience overall

Was really happy to find this place! Uses great products and everyone was very friendly. I had a very simple cut/ brief and left very pleased. My hairdresser was great!! A+ :)

I really enjoy my appointments wirh Malinda, she knows what to do to my head. Experimented with a shorter fringe and she cut my hair excellent.

A different stylist did my hair to the one I booked. No explanation - he didn’t even introduce himself.
Mid hair wash, he disappeared leaving me in the sink for ages.
He finally came back and not only cut my hair much shorter than I asked, but REALLY WONKY. He didn’t check once, to see if it was even. He then gave me layers which I didn’t ask for - and left me with an unstyled rough dry.
A terrible experience and terrible haircut which I will now need to get fixed. Would NOT recommend.
