My brows look great, so on that front can't fault it, but found the whole experience very cold. Both from being left to wait with no idea what was going on and then the therapist barely engaging and wearing headphones throughout the appointment (with music playing that I could hear as she applied the wax). Have had great haircuts here before so arguably just a bad day but wouldn't recommend for brow waxing).
