Came in for a full head balayage, I wanted to have a cleaner blonde and go lighter. However I ended up leaving with darker hair than what I came in with…
My stylist was very nice but the job just wasn’t done to what I asked and now I’m pretty upset that my hair won’t look blonde enough for my graduation in 2 weeks. I’m really hoping that the toner will wash out and that I will be left with blonder hair. Quite disappointed as I had seen such good balayage on their advertisement.

Really good haircut and really knowledgeable about my hair colour. Was a bit nervous about getting shorter bits but George made me feel better about it and was really helpful
