I saw Tariq not Erika! Tariq was amazing! So defo not one to judge by its cover. The receptionist was super polite but I’ll be honest she seemed a tiny bit unhelpful at the beginning on the phone (in her defence I needed to move my appointment a few times!) . Once I arrived for the appointment the woman turned out to be stretched out - dealing with phone/clients and everything at once. She was so polite and friendly! Tariq did my hair exactly how I wanted it and gave so much care and attention!
