Instead of the shoulder length blunt cut I requested, I got a chin length heavily layered Bob. It's 2 inches shorter than we agreed when I arrived, and as she started at the back I didn't know until it was too late. Afterwards,she said she cut it shorter than I asked to make it more manageable. I think it is less manageable now and I'm upset she did not say that BEFORE deciding to cut my hair in a style I did not choose. I have an important occasion on Sunday and now I feel awful and insecure.

Ella was amazing! She made my hair look so luscious. I am tempted to go back just to get my hair blow dried every time I have an event to go to. I would definitely recommend Live true especially Ella. i’m looking forward to my next haircut and blow dry!
