Maria was nice and friendly and was very quick and efficient. However, I was dissappointed with the result. I went for half head highlights. During the blow dry I noticed that my roots colour has barely changed. I actually barely noticed difference between before and after. She didnt explain what technique she was going to use and what final result would look like - although as a professional she could see that technique used previously differed to hers.

Really frustrating that the pedicure doesn’t include foot filing, despite that being part of the description. I booked specifically for that reason (I could’ve done a polish change on my own) but frustratingly didn’t receive the service I’d paid for.
