I really liked my haircut, but unfortunately the salon experience was a bit chaotic. I had to wait 20 minutes for my appointment, and didn't get the hairdresser I had booked with who had cut my hair the last time and I liked how it was done. My haircut was nice, but the salon was a mess and I was seated in a rather makeshift looking area which was very untidy. It felt a bit unprofessional and impersonal. As a returning customer I was disappointed this time round.
