The stylist wasn't Lucy, it was another girl. All in all, I'm happy with the end result but the process was a bit cold. Little things like I wasn't asked where I have my parting she just did it and I had to correct her, no heat protect spray was offered, I had to ask for hairspray, I wasn't asked throughout if I was happy with the length or if I wanted a bit more off etc. There was just little engagement and the girl wasn't very talkative.

I have been going to this place for about six months or so now never ever ever been rushed the because my nail technician have a busy day and far as she’s concerned she doesn’t wanna spend any time on my nails and after three days now my nails are chipping not going back there that’s for sure

Came in for a full head balayage, I wanted to have a cleaner blonde and go lighter. However I ended up leaving with darker hair than what I came in with…
My stylist was very nice but the job just wasn’t done to what I asked and now I’m pretty upset that my hair won’t look blonde enough for my graduation in 2 weeks. I’m really hoping that the toner will wash out and that I will be left with blonder hair. Quite disappointed as I had seen such good balayage on their advertisement.
