Understandably, sometimes hair doesn’t come out the way you want it to but this time it was completely different to what I asked for and was poorly executed. I couldn’t rebook an appointment to colour as I couldn’t walk out with that hair - I was advised to write to customer services. I emailed customer services as directed by the salon. Very unprofessional responses and just copied and pasted T&Cs. Waste of £160 and would certainly not recommend. Cost me £180 to correct elsewhere!!
I was in a bit of a rush and Giulia and the team accommodated me so that my blow dry won't take too long. Giulia was very friendly, professional and did a great job on my hair.
