The salon was quite messy and the staff weren’t the friendliest.
Overall I had a very quick and efficient haircut and I was happy with the result.
I wasn’t offered a drink or options when it came to the blow-dry.
If I had paid full price I wouldn’t have been happy with the service I received.

I booked at 7:30 on the app, later I was called and told to come earlier so I rearranged my plans and changed my booking to 6:30 only for the nail technician to be 15 minutes late! Horrible experience.. that was the most painful manicure i have ever gotten, 5 of 10 fingers bled, and the nails are full of bumps and the lengths and sizes of the nails are different.
And lastly I was charged 15 more pounds to the 60 I already paid, for the polish which the app description mentioned was included!
