Only had a haircut and blow dry today but was done really really well. No one has ever been able to do a curly blow dry nicely and I’m really happy. Will be coming back. Thank you! Felt like a real pampering

I rarely leave a bad review but would like to warn others of this place. I spent over £200 for the haircut and balayage and received completely different hairstyle to requested.
The colour was far more blonde but also copper?! than I wanted and hair was significantly shorter. I don’t feel I was properly listen to or style in the picture was followed. Stylist made the call how to cut my hair without speaking to me about it. I’m very unhappy with the experience. I would give zero stars if I could.
