Appointment took 15 minutes in total from entering. Was clearly last appointment of the day and she wanted to do it as quickly as possible so she could get home. Choice of nail colours is extremely lacking

Appointment started 45 minutes late, and then took 4 hours. Wasn't offered a drink until 2 hours in, and was left at the sink in deeply uncomfortable chairs for nearly half an hour. I appreciate the salon was busy but I would not return, based on pretty mediocre service throughout
